Whats the best Chinese Takeout
besides panda express.
When I lived in CA there were a ton of Restuarants with Chinese people actually cooking the food, not latinos.
I am looking for these plates: Spicy orange chicken, real chow-mein, and ginger mushroom chicken.
If you havent tried those plates then i suggest you do they are deliious.

Have you tried Wok Inn? They have really good food, and they have for years. I've not been to the one by Potranco, but the Grissom location is spot on.

Hsiu Yu's (shoe you's) chinese restaurant on broadway has probably the best chinese food in San Antonio. Just call ahead or place your order inside.

i like to order from Wok on Wheels. They are good delivery. And when your order is over $25 they throw in a free 2 liter. You just have to ask for it.

Panda Express is quite good for "fast" chinese food. I think it's fresh and quite tasty. Even if it's a chain.

If you ever find yourself around Babcock and Huebner intersection and cravin Chinese food, try Regents Hunan Chinese restaruant. It is in the same shopping center as the HEB. I know it is by the Little Ceasars there. Very good food at incredible prices. I lived there about 5 years ago and have since moved over by Sea World. However, I still make my way over there at least once or twice a month whenever I need a chinese fix. I recommend the beef and mushroom but my wife tries everything and has never been disappointed.

Mencius on Fredricksburg and Medical has great Chinese food and we get takeout from there quite a bit.
