Million Dollar Homes
Where in SA do people work to afford a million dollar plus home, exclusive of doctors and lawyers. It seems like the high end homes are really selling these days

I'd figure that every company that has more than 100 employees has executives who can afford a million-dollar home. The list of local companies in that category has to be sizable.
There are probably quite a few smaller companies whose CEOs can afford that much house, too.

Most of my real estate business is in the million + market and there are people from every industry out there. Lots of doctors and high ranking executives, but there are a ton that are small business owners and run their business out of their home. Lots of oil/gas guys. Bankers. Retired high ranking military. Most of the people buying in this market are actually from here in town too. Not many coming in from California or other states as a lot of people often think.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but would you mind giving some examples of this? I'm sure many of us would love to work out of our million dollar homes.

I sign confidentiality agreements with my clients, so I really can't name specific companies. Sorry.

The first two were big time winners! The last one... uh, no offense, really, but I thought "blah." The reason for that is because I see homes like that on the southeast side all the time. I mean, it's a nice house, just not unique, you know.

Sorry, but I doubt those are million dollar homes. They are probably nicer than the average home in that area, but not a million dollars. The last one looks like a home I saw in windcrest that was being offered for 250K. Why such a big security fence on the first one?
