Gordon Hartman no longer builds houses... there are a few subdivisions that he built but sold them to another builder... what part of town are you looking for?

Gordon Hartman no longer builds homes, he sold his company in 2005 to McMillin Homes.

www.mcmillin.com

Gordon Hartman is now a special needs philanthropist and started a local non-profit organization.

The Gordon Hartman Family Foundation

I know that McMillin has bought Gordan Hartman homes but I am looking for a pre-owned Gordon Hartman home on the North/NE Side of San Antonio because I love the floorplans and exterior architecture of the GH homes....

North/NE Side. Just names of subdivision would be a great starting point for me as I am looking for a pre-owned GH home....love their floorplans and look of houses.

The Enclave at Bluffview Estates - Across from Artisan's Alley. It was started by Gordon Hartman but finished by McMillian - but GH floor plans. One of their nicer communities inside 1604.

Bluffcreek on Bitters (old part between Starcrest and Jones-Maltsberger)
Hidden Oaks North on Classen (just south of Bulverde/1604)

Both are gated communities, and run $150-200k.

Default Gordon built homes

Since the original poster asked which neighborhoods have homes that were built (not being built) by Gordon, here is another one that was primarly built by Gordon back when he was building. It's next to Government State Park on the NW side about 4 miles from 1604.

Canyon Parke Estates at Remuda Ranch

The subdivision where I live is also (or was Gordon Hartman).. Its called "The Ridge @ Lookout canyon". I closed on my house the same day that McMillan announced they purchased GH interests. There are a few homes here for sale too.
