What can you tell me about Menger Springs subdivision? Also, how is "Menger" pronounced? How does this subdivision compare to Limestone Ranch, Village Green, etc.?

It's a nice little area in Boerne. Homes range from about $700,000 on up. Most are in the $900,000 range. I wish it had a few more trees, but it'll be a nice area once they finish it out. All the homes in there are custom and sit on at least an acre. (pronounced Men-Grr or Ming-grr, I've heard both)

Limestone Ranch is in the $400,000-$600,000 range and they're production homes (Perry & Conventry). I believe each lot is at minimum 1/2 acre, but it may be one acre.

Village Green is a custom community in the $400,000-$700,000 range. It's just a bit older (5 years or so) but there are some very nice homes in there and they're still building a bit more. It's very close to being sold out.

I've worked with people in all those communities, so if you have any more in-depth questions, you can DM me or ask me here.
