Am I the last to learn that the state parks offer free camping to anyone that has been evacuated? Of course it depends on availability but that is such a texas thing to do!! I am very proud of out Parks dept. for doing this. Every little bit helps when you have to leave your home.

I guess you were the next to the last. I didn't know that either. They must not be publicizing it much. Probably one of those things the Governor can pat himself on the back for later. He made Texas Parks available to evacuees, he just forgot to tell anybody.
