Nothing to do with Baja quality....just Paloma Blanca in general. My old boss loved that restaurant, so he would take us to eat there quite often. It didn't matter what I ate, it was always bland.

I was not really a ceviche fan, but I did discover that I like the ceviche I find here.

just make your own dude! all you need to do is get some fish (tilapia) would be the best bet. Drown it with lemon. Let it sit for at least 12hours or untill the fish turns white then add more lemon, choped cilantro, chopped onions, and some diced jalapenos. all you need is some salt to your own tasteing, and a beer! enjoy. You can make a decent ceviche for about 6.00 bucks cheers.

no prob, just make shure you use lemons not limes I did that once and it didnt taste good.
