Yo man, I hail from Northern Virginia as well. Ah....beautiful Fairfax County. I wanted my money to go farther and I didn't want to deal with snow or ice anymore. I am glad to be here, and miss my family, but I definitely don't want to go back. And be strapped for ca$h. Hellz nah son!

Someone Was Impressed With LA It's A Alpha World Class City

SA is one of my favorite cities in Texas and I wouldn't want it to even begin to compete with the ugliness and smogginess that is LA. SA might be a bit touristy in some areas but it's history compares to some of the most exciting in the country. I've been to LA on numerous occasions and I was NOT impressed.

Hey, I thought you were an Investment Banker with some big firm? What designations do you have? What mergers or aquisitions have you been a part of? I suggest that the only way you can get cash is ironically your name. 5fingaz discount.

I'm from San Antonio but I have lived in other places in the US. Since this is "home" for me I always found myself gravitating back.
Maybe 5Fingaz misses home....

Just Curious, how many people in this Forum came from California, and are noticing the same thing?

I travel to L.A. often to visit family and I always agreed that S.A, Phoenix, and even El Paso are similar to L.A. I don't think it's a bad thing. We are seeing more and more vibrant things going on with the city which is really nice. Crime is not increasing as much as the population but we do need to realize the possibilities.

You are a very rude person! And FYI, LA is not all that anyway! I think San Diego would be a much better vacation destination.

So in your opinion LA is a smog-infested, high priced, crowded wasteland? And you have the gall to get upset when I profess my opinion that San Antonio is backward, provincial, culturally deficient, and economically disadvantaged?
Why is it okay for you to give your opinion on LA and not for me to give mine on SA?

Would said you couldn't give your opinion!? But why do you have to be so negative towards San Antonio? And I never said anything about LA being a smog-infested, high-priced, crowded wasteland. Even though others would believe that is the perfect description. I don't understand how you think LA is all that and a bag of chips. It really isn't.
