Default Pearl Brewery Apartments/Condos

Hello! I was wondering if anyone had any info about the apartments being constructed, or perhaps already completed, at the Pearl Brewery. I was wondering when people could start moving in and so on..
Thanks!

I have no clue, however, best bet is to call Silver Ventures, the developer and ask.

I believe some people already live in that area (school). There was some controversy last Halloween when the Haunted House on Grayson Street nearby had to cut back some of its traffic due to noise complaints from that area.

Actually I don't think any of the residences are open yet, however businesses are already opened and have been for over a year. The fuss with Nightmare on Grayson was from Silver Ventures concerning night time traffic going in and out of the Pearl.

The Culinary Institute of America and Aveda Institute both opened shop last year at The Pearl.
