Collins Garden Elem./1&2 (SAISD); and Salado Elem./3-6, Oak Crest Jr. High/7-8, and East Central H.S./9-12 (East Central ISD).

You don't really want to know teacher's names, do you? Well ... you asked.

1st - Mrs. Butler; 2nd - Mrs. Lyons; 3rd - Mrs. Machinski; 4th - Mrs. Jordan; 5th - Mrs. Loughmiller; 6th - Mr. Brantley.

I won't put you through the agony of my jr. high and high school teachers - remember, there were at least 6 for each grade!

Are you from the Valley hi area?! ( We may have discussed this earlier, sorry)

I went to Valley Hi elementary, then started moving ( dad in AF) then came back and graduated from Southwest. Half our street ( Pleasant Valley) went to JJ, the other half SW.

My high school principal was Mr. Lyssy ( he is the only one I remember). I actually started going to his SON for a primary medical Dr a few years ago. How funny. I remember him from school, then Had to sit there and tell him stuff!

3rd grade: Miss Williams (later Mrs. Murphy)

5th grade: Mrs. Stiles (she was an original teacher from when Locke hill opened in 1976!)

Hobby:
6th grade... It was the red hawks..let's see... Mrs. Tousinski, Mr. Sweat, Mrs. Pantuso, PE..whoever they were, Mrs. Shields, Mrs. Floyd, oh and Mr. O something for band.
7th grade was blurish but there was a cool science teach, Coach Aguero for Spanish who was awesome, Mrs. Bears for math, Mr. Hillis for English, and Miss Wilson for Reading.
8th grade I was in Wisconsin....so that doesn't count.

10th: Mr. Gonzales, Ms. Yzaguirre (she's married now), Mr. May, Ms.Middleton, some guy for speech who was there for a year, Coach Eilers (I think) for English), Mr. Pumphrey for World Geography.
11th: Mrs. Gonzalez for Spanish, Mrs. Miller for dance, Ms. McDonald (I think she's at Alamo Heights now..married more kids..World History..amazing teacher), Ms. Hall for some media class..and some others that I couldn't stand all math and science classes...

Neil Armstrong Elem in South San ISD

then we moved to the north side in 1980 and I encountered the huge culture shock of going from a 75% Hispanic school to a 75% Anglo school. Not saying anything negative... it was just a shock.

Coke Stevenson Middle

Marshall High (go rams)

Yes I am. I grew up on Maple Valley. My dad is still there. When you went to SW, do you remember a teacher, Bruce Stephens? I am not sure what subject he taught. His son and my husband are best friends.
