Houstonist: Linens-N-Things No More

Linens 'n Things is closing all stores nationwide. Liquidation sales have already begun. Here is a list of the 3 local stores.

San Antonio , TX 78216

Mrs. Bowie will miss them, because they provided good competition to her beloved Bed Bath & Beyond.

I've never even set foot in a Linens n Things, so this may be my fault.

Circuit City just blows.

Yeah I saw someone holding a sign on the corner stating that everything at Linens n' Things was 10-30% off. That's not a closing out sale to me.

Yeppers, the email I got said up to a whoppppping 30%, ummmm liquidating?

Perhaps if they had changed their coupon policy to match BBB they would have made faster nickels, but I have always thought they could be a better store.

don't forget those liquidation sales are all sales final. I'd only buy things that can't be broken when you get home like pillows, sheets, towels etc.
as far as LNT, I could never tell them apart from BBB, so I guess I probably won't miss whichever one is going away.
