Google the mall websites and see if there are any announcements. At one time, North Star did give out candy, but it's been a few years back that I remember.

I don't think so but if you are worried about going from house to house there is the Zoo Boo or you can find a church that does trunk or treat.

We're going to ZooBoo next Thursday! Our church is having a little halloween festival deal also. So, both excellent ideas, carlitasway!

I went to Zoo Boo one year and never again. It was so packed the line was incredibly long to just get in, once in the activities were non existent and the candy they gave out was crap. That was just my experience in 2005 and I never took my kids back since.

Oh and that year most of if not all the candy and stickers or whatever they were handing out was sponsored by some organization like Metlife or Chase bank so you got like maybe two tootsie rolls and a bunch of corporate stickers, pens, magnets etc. I thought that was pretty lame for a kids thing.

Again this was in 2005. Not sure if it has always been this way or was this way since. If so, the word must not have spread cause it was PACKED with a line that went all the way halfway thru the first parking lot.

Same exact thing I was going to post. My kids still remember it as the worst Halloween ever! Well, the eldest anyway. I think the youngest has mercifully forgotten.

They seriously got things like sample windshield wipes (rain x or whatever) band aids, refrigerator magnets. It was some kind of cruel joke, I tell ya. They hardly got any candy at all.. I had to "supplement" with sale candy after the fact.

I think for us it was way before 2005 but I cannot remember exactly when.... when did the Zoo Boo thing first start?

I think the Zoo Boo first started around '88. A friend of mine and I, took our little kids back then. It was awesome! They loved it, and so did we. Tis a shame, it's gone downhill!!

Zoo Boo Hoo!!!
