If you don't mind thrift stores, I got some great deals at the Salvation Army on Grissom on Tuesday. It's half off all children's clothing on Tuesdays. I got 2 huge bags(trash bag size) of clothes for 35 bucks and some of it was name brand like Gap, Children's Place, Gymboree. All of it was in very good condition.

Default J.C. Penney's at Ingram

Great mark down on men's summer shirts and shorts. Nice shirts & shorts ( i believe regular $30 something) marked down to $3.97 each.

Fantastic buy!

Was that yesterday?? I might need to run over there and do some damage at those prices...DH can always use new shorts!

Speaking of GREAT deals....ANYONE who needs new shoes should go and check out the Shoemakers Inn on BrookHollow and 281. They (unfortunately) are going out of business...and they have FANTASTIC deals on their shoes...and SOOOOOO many to choose from. We ended up buying DH 12 new pairs of shoes (we joked, but these will probably be the last shoes he EVER needs to buy) for work, deck shoes, etc. We got $225 dress shoes on sale for $49.95. I am telling you, this is ONE going out of business sale NOT to miss (unlike the current Linen's N Thing's)...

You know...I don't think so, but I would call and check. I just don't remember seeing any, just ladies and mens. Of course, not LOOKING could have been the issue.

DH is HARD to get to go and buy stuff...and like I told him, for the price and the fact his shoe size is not likely to change...we figured these were "funeral" shoes! (A couple we cruise with every year always buy a nice photo of themselves from the photo gallery onboard saying it would make a nice "funeral" picture...so we were making fun of that).

Dont know about those Starbucks gift cards, they are having a hard time staying open. Might not be too many of those high dollar coffee shops around in the near future.

Shoes, that reminds me. Timberland happens to be one of my clients. I get 30-50% off e-mail codes every couple of months thanks to my contact. I'll forward to you guys next time I get them. They are for friends and family and I was told that it was problem to give them out.
