Default LA Weight Loss Center closing

Another business closing, I guess losing here isnt good for business.
Economic problems led to closure. Seems the Texas Atty Gen Office is looking at them too.

I don't think anyone will mind...they seemed to have a pretty shoddy reputation of signing people up to very expensive programs and very little follow thru with clients. I work with someone that signed up with them and she spent a FORTUNE...and that was about all she lost.

They didnt put out too much info, just closed the doors. went in hiding. were taking customers up to the last two to three days that the TV station says. Just put out what I saw. I will provide more details when I find them. My apologies for not giving a complete rundown of the history and financial statement.

I agree with Paka. Unfortunately I have two friends in NY who signed with them and experienced the same thing. Big spending, some weight loss, not much follow up.

I have to say that I probably have been on every diet known to man so it had become my hobby, but the one that I had really lost the 50 lbs that I had to lose was Weight Watcher's and a 30 minute workout with Curves

The centers in San Antonio are still open to service clients. I guess if you were a client you would know what you were talking about. I am a current client and I did spend money to lose my weight. Guess what it worked! The girls in the center are wonderful. It is sad that the business is closing.

Every diet known to man? The only diet men know is to change from regular to lite beer! Of course, they'll drink more as it is less filling!

What was the company's concept? It seemed like none of the advertisement would flat out tell you what they did to help you lose weight.
