I am gearing up for a move to San Antonio and am currently looking at rental properties available in the area. I note on some of the descriptions under "TENANT PAYS" in addition to the standard mention of utilities, etc. some include "2027."

Anyone know what that is?

No one knows what 2027 is? We are curious if it is a reference to HOA fees or something.
Any realtors/property managers here?

Why not just call one of the listings and ask them what it means.

LOL. Thanks for the "tip." I will do that as time gets closer and I need to start limiting the houses I consider. Just thought I'd ask...

It's probably a classification for the Realtor you are dealing with. It may have to do with the region it is in. San Antonio is broken into regions when you search on the mls, but that, bizarrely, is not one of them.
