rafzero is on a distinguished road
Isn't there two seperate tracts under development at that corner?
Aviara is the bigger of the two with a gated entrance off off Hunt Lane. The second is much smaller and it's gated entrance is off of Westover Hills BLVD.
I driven through both and they do not connect, by paved road anyway, so I assume they have different plans / owners? I love the Westover entrance tract because it's small, quaint, fenced, gated has a center park like setting with cement benches and several lots butt up against the Hyatt golf course.

Btw, I found this from the City of San Antonio.

TPLT - Plat Application (tpltplatapp.asp)
They don't have any builders lined up for the project. The lot prices are much too high (at least right now). It's owned by an Israel Fogiel-led partnership.
