Default Westover Hills / Hunt Lane

It seems like a new subdivision is going up on the corner of Westover Hills / Hunt Lane. If that's true, does anyone know who the builder will be? Thanks!!

Is that where Montelongo was going to build his Serenity at Westover Hills project? It was supposed to be less than 50 homes, all on cul-de-sac streets. If it's the location I'm thinking of, I think Meritage has that property now.

I've never heard of that project, but that sounds like it would have been a nice development to live in. (probably expensive, though) Meritage has some nice homes - my husband and I have been looking at model homes to figure out which builder we like best for when we're ready to buy. So far Ryland seems to have the best model for our family. Thanks for the reply!!

Gehan Homes in that area is "The Enclave at Westover Hills". Kristen from Gehan was just at my office a few weeks ago;

Gehan Homes: Communities in San Antonio, Texas Area: The Enclave at Westover Hills: New Homes in San Antonio, Texas

Dunno what "Serenity" is. Guess I could drive by........

The name on the "sign" outside says Aviara. I tried to google it, but haven't found anything on it.

I drive by there every day and have seen the Aviara street sign. I read that Great American bought 54 acres out of the Legacy Trails prohect back in 2006. I came across a plat application for Aviara Enclave owned by Devco dated 12-22-06, with a 12-21-08 expiration date. It shows 44 lots on just over 9 acres. I also came across an Aviara Enclave Homeowners Association on the TX Comptroller site. It was registered January 2008. One of the directors is also listed on the plat application.

Does anyone have any more information about the Aviara Development in Westover Hills. I heard the developers are looking for a builder now. Rumor has it they will be estate sized lots and the houses will be in the $400K range.

So far haven't seen any builder names outside of the subdivision. Anyone know yet who its going to be? Pulte and Ryland have built heavily in the area over the past years.

Btw, I found this from the City of San Antonio.
