Pro-namel works for me. I've tried ALL the sensitive toothpastes, My teeth finally stopped hurting after Pro-namel.

Interesting thread. I have Celiac Disease (need to be gluten-free) and because I didn't know it for so many years the enamel on a few of my front teeth had eroded--which can be a symptom iof unchecked Celiac.

I've complained to multiple dentists about this. One put a liquid veneer over my teeth which helped but no one ever mentioned a toothpaste that rebuilds enamel.

I'm going to look into this...now I only hope the darn toothpaste is gluten-free!

I also have read somewhere that mouthwash can discolor teeth. I will do some digging to find the article and get back to you!

Ok, I am back. Chlorhexidine and Cetylpyridinium chloride can turn your teeth brown and are found in many common mouthwash brands.
