Default Wiseman Blvd. & 1604

I noticed a cleared area at Wiseman Blvd and 1604 (inside 1604). Anyone know what is going in there?

I think it was discussed in the Potranco/1604 thread somewhat - I believe it is another apt complex. Are you talking about the area right next to the "home office" of J. Singleton???

Probably another Best Buy/HEB for those too lazy to walk to their cars and drive to the other ones down the block!!
