I ate at that Quizno's over there the other day, and I couldn't even FIND Oodles. I ate there once when it first opened--food was good but I hate the "we'll bring one person's dish out at a time" program that they have/had. Makes it hard to enjoy a family meal, IMO. That said, I hope they didn't close down--some people probably appreciate their style, I would suppose.

Nothing. just that the website has been offline for the past 2 months or so. & their myspace page says nothing about it. tried going there on saturday but the doors were locked, everything looked fine inside. no lights on & the neon sign above the door is missing.

There's a new buffet called Zorrow's that opened in the old Luby's building at Bandera & Wurzbach. I've been and I would give the experience a C+. It's interior design is great, very updated. Mon-Fri lunch is $7.99 and dinner is $8.99. Seniors (55+)get a break Mon- Fri from 2pm-5pm for $5.99. I didn't get one saturday though...$9.99 (all prices must be higher on the weekend)

I heard from a friend in the industry that Rio Mambo is closing. Any info on this?
I'm really not surprised by it, if its true.

It is closed. Their is a note on the door saying that they were locked out by their landlord!

That whole area their seems to have WAY to high of rent. At work we handle one of the accounts and I was floored when I saw how much rent Chama Gucha was paying. (sorry if I did not spell that right I'm talking about the new Brazilian Steack house)
