City of Windcrest filing lawsuit against residents (San Antonio, Bowie: tax, live)

Well...if the coyote prob wasn't annoying enough, I was passed some info that the City of Windcrest, the Mayor of Windcrest and the City Council of Windcrest is filing a lawsuit against the residents!

I know...it sounds crazy, but if I hadn't seen the actual legal notice posted in the San Antonio Express News on page 2 of the classified section on 11/25, I wouldn't believe it.

Anyone live out there that knows what this is about? I can't imagine what the Mayor (Leonhardt?) and City could sue ALL the residents for????

Mayor Leonhardt is a piece of work if he truly said this..."As for refusing filings and fees, Leonhardt said he was befuddled by the accusation.

“I have no idea what the heck that means,” he said. “I don’t have any idea. I think I can assure you the last thing we do is not follow proper procedures.”

Talk about a double negative??? Does he or doesn't he NOT follow proper procedures? Wow....I can see why he doesn't have a clue.

Apparently there is a very active city council and mayoral race going on in Windcrest. Leonhardt is on the way out. He's not even running. He has officially jumped the shark.
