Default Schlitterbahn Winter Festival

We went out to the Schlitterbahn Winter Festival thingy. It was fun. I would recommend it. The price was steep but well worth it to me. Their was sledding for the kids and shows! The Christmas lights were amazing! They even mentioned Jesus.(none of that happy haliday crap) It is an event for the whole family!

Schlitterbahn Christmas Event

Looks like the cost is $14.99 adults, $12.99 child (3 - 11) for the one-time admission.
"Season" passes (valid every day for the Christmas event) are $39.99 per person.

Thanks for the pics - we wanna go too! Was it very crowded? Did they have food/beverages for sale reasonably priced? Did you take advantage of the hot tub and if so - do they offer changing rooms, etc? I've never been to Schlitterbahn... not even in the summer!

It came out to 16.32 for myself.

No it was not crowed at all. But I have a friend that works there and she said it was slowest night yet. So if you do not like crowds then Sunday night is best!

P.S. the only disappointing thing is the ice skating was an additional 10 bucks for 45 minute session.

don't they have snow there somewhere? Do you have any pictures of that. I'd pay $16 just to stand in some snow and pretend I'm not here..

Nice pics, ryno!!! It looks like fun, and I may just have to take the boy now. He's been asking about snow........like, "what is it?" "what does it look like?" "where does it come from?" and "will I EVER get to see any?" LOL he's 12, so I think the time has come.
