Sounds like it could be an amazing concert.

I saw Elton in Bangkok ~ 2002 and I was soooo excited before the show, but left a little disappointed. Music was fabulous and I had a great time, but Elton seemed like he desperately needed to sleep and the crowd was more orderly than I'd have expected. To be fair it was the last city on his Asian tour so he was no doubt exhausted, it was just a bit "calmer" than I expected.

Billy and Elton, both in top form, should be incredible.

I don't know "in top form" they will be, considering that they are a combined 120 years old. Saw them together years ago...then they were in top form.

My hubby surprised me & got us tickets this morning. I have NO idea what kind of seats they are but I'm still looking forward to going! It's very close to our anniversary & we've been apart for our last 2 anniversaries (thanks to the Navy) so this will be fun...even if they are "nose bleed" seats.

My wife was able to get some great lower level seats this morning by refreshing very often. It came out to over $400.00 though. In the words of Arthur's mater, "What the hell, we only live once!"

SA, when is your anniversary? Now or March? Ours is March 24th. That is a very nice gift from your hubby!
