Alot of the Spurs have moved north of Helotes. I know that Tony Parker, Greg Popavich and Timmy live up there.

Tony Parker lives in Champion Run (North Stone Oak), Pop lives in The Dominion and Timmy lives north of Helotes.

Actually, it is Elm Creek that has the wealthest people, moreso than The Dominion which was second.

Wealthy people in SA live in The Dominion, Elm Creek, Olmos Park, Anaqua Springs, Shavano Park, Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, Stone Oak and finally, randomly throughout the Hill Country.

I just got back from HEB and noticed this while standing in check-out:

I browsed it quickly, and yep, seemed about 90% were in Terrell Hills, Olmos Park and Alamo Heights.

I picture older places like Alamo Heights as "questionable money" rather than old money. I picture the current residents inside a large dark house, huddled around one lightbulb saying, "We must make it last..."

Sorry, I don't know how accurate that is. It's just a feeling I get.

I think you are talking about the Elm Creek area. I don't know about your stats, but that is definitely high end real estate.

Googie....I had read a similar story about a year ago. Terrell Hills is growing the fastest as far as the most desired and increasing value....mainly because of demo and rebuilds.

For some odd reason, call me naive perhaps, I kinda doubt that's what going on inside those old dark mansions.
