The wealthy live in the Alamo Heights area, the rich live out in Stone Oak and the Dominion. There is a big difference.

The wealthy actually don't live in Alamo Heights, I'd say more wealthier people live in Terrell Hills than Alamo Heights. However, Olmos Park has much more wealthier people than both AH and TH. Olmos Park is home to TWO billionaires.

Also, wealthy do live in The Dominion, but I agree, rich people live in Stone Oak.

Could you clarify what the difference is please? I'm sure a lot of people would like to know what you mean. Thanks.

IMO, I think he/she is saying there's wealthy (multi millionaires or billionaires) who buy million dollar homes and rich people who buy 700-900 million dollar homes.

Wealthy:

Olmos Park
Elm Creek
Alamo Heights
Terrell Hills
The Dominion
Anaqua Springs
Greystone

Wealish (between wealthy and rich)

Shavano Park
Champions Run
King William

Rich

Sonterra
Evans Ranch
Stone Oak

I could go on for a while.
