Investors don't appear to be worried. Best Buy shares are up 12% to 26.75 on that page you linked. OTOH, Circuit City shares are trading at around a dime apiece.

If they are, it's probably in LARGE part due to their customer service, which is horrible. Ever tried to return something or have a repair done there? Just awful.

Their geek sqad tried to synch my blackberry and that was a disaster. I ended up having to exchange my phone, it was jacked up so bad. Wasn't too impressed.

oh man, don't go to the geek squad.. I'm sure you can find someone here that can help you.

as far as customer service, the new AR BB is great. I haven't had a single issue with them, except for once this fool told me a particular season of Reno 911 was out of stock, but when I ordered it online I picked it up in that same store the next day. I think that was just a lazy employee, though.

Oh, I already have it taken care of, just went to at&t and they fixed me right up!

I have also had great service at AR, the problem I ran into was at the Rim.

Off topic....Reno 911 is one of the best shows on today

Back to BB...haven't been to the AR one. I'm basing my comments on the past 5 years, but I'll honestly say I haven't shopped there in a year because I hated them so much. They may be better now.
