Default Ryland homes AR

Does anyone know what is going up across the Ryland homes in AR? We are thinking of purchasing a ryland home but noticed that there are some type of apartments or condos going up and a Childrens Lighthouse daycare. Just wondering what else might be going up. We are concerned what this will do to the home values.

We live in the Trails @ AR (Ryland home). Yes, it's an apartment complex etc. as you stated. We really aren't concerned about it, but perhaps others may have a different opinion. BTW, we love our Ryland home (been in it for six months).
