A good friend of ours lived accross the street from TLJ on Elizabeth Rd., said he never saw the guy "walking" the streets, EVER!!! Maybe you got him mixed up some other baseball cap, sunglass wearing pock mark face person!!! As you said: "He is very imposing and a pocked mark face beyond all recognition."

This was in the early 90's.., so maybe he is more indoorsie now
