Yes, because that $74 dollars per household is much more important than under funded city wide projects.

Movie night!

Yea, I like to jostle around.....

That is a ton of money, but unfortunately it's not all that much in the big picture. I think they should build a couple more PD, and FD substations on the outskirts of the city with it. San Antonio has a great force in both areas, and more than the average amount of officers for this size of a metro, but not evenly spread out. Im sure anyone could think of hundreds of other ideas, but that's just one.

Medina Base Road improvements were mentioned. Maybe they'll widen it to four lanes?

I thought I overheard that. I wish they would do something out here. I think if they had better neighborhoods, shopping, better amenities etc.. it would be an incentive for some to move out this way and relieve some of that insane congestion in the 151/Potranco/1604/Culebra area. If they could do some of that revitalization they did on the SS that would be a good starting point. Not sure how many CDers go out to the SS but it certainly isnt the SS i remember when I was growing up.

Of course something has to be done by way of "cleaning things up" around here that already exist.

I'm on that road everyday between lackland and 410. IMHO a waste of money to 4 lane it, the traffic isn't that bad. $$$$ should be spent on the guilbeau/braun intersections of 1604...

I think that hiring more PD and FD and expanding services would be an EXCELLENT use of this money!!!!
