Greenstar has four full service multi-material recycling facilities in Texas. It ensures that expedient service and efficient transportation are top priorities as it supplies trailers to customers from a national transportation fleet that includes more than 1,000 flatbed and van trailers.
Dallas and Fort Worth operations are housed in buildings with a combined 120,000 square feet.
They have automated trailer dumping systems, six rail docks, 12 trailer docks, seven drive-in doors and covered storage capacity for more than 3 million pounds of material. Greenstar's balers provide baling capacity in excess of 1 million pounds per day. In addition to the Greater Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, the facility provides recycling services to eastern Texas up to the Oklahoma border.
Houston operations are housed in a 68,000-square-foot building with nine trailer docks and more than 4 million pounds of covered storage capacity. Greenstar-Houston's baler provides baling capacity of nearly 500,000 pounds per day. The facility provides recycling services to Houston and its surrounding communities.
San Antonio operations are housed in a 75,000-square-foot building containing an automated trailer dumping system, five rail docks, six trailer docks, three drive-in doors, and more than 1 million pounds of covered storage capacity. Greenstar-San Antonio's baler provides baling capacity of nearly 1 million pounds per day. In addition to San Antonio, the facility provides recycling services to Austin, Corpus Christi and Texas Hill County.
Greenstar Texas locations also provide secure multi-media destruction spanning most of the state.
In-house destruction services are conducted inside secure areas that have 24-hour security surveillance video systems. As a AAA-Certified member of the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID), Greenstar is acutely aware of and compliant with all industry standards. Additionally, all Greenstar multi-media destruction employees have background checks and are trained in the most current destruction methods.
