Has anyone heard 94.1 KTFM this weekend? It sounds like it shagged every station's playlist and put it on shuffle. It's more "Jack" than "jack."

I used like 94.1 before this weekend. Now, the station sounds like crap....

In another 10 years, there won't be an audience for classic rock that advertisers want to pay for. That means classic rock stations will be as as scarce as Beautiful Music stations are today. Scary, isn't it?

The fact that beautiful music stations are scarce does NOT scare me

I don't miss it, either. I would miss classic rock, though.

Even though I am no longer a fan of trance music (I'm more into electro and indie electronica now), I would fully support a station like this in San Antonio! We have NEVER had a station that was fully devoted to dance/electronic music. The closest thing was an hour or two on KSYM a long time ago. And I think it was at 2am on a Friday.

If you have an HD Radio, you might like the music on Mix 96.1's HD-2.

Mix 96.1= Hit Music. 210-470-5961 Text: 96262

Just an fyi, 94-1 KTFM has tanked according to the latest ratings. KTFM made a huge mistake flipping from Rhythmic AC to Hot AC.

Also, there's some talk about Power 106-7 possibly heading in another direction.

Please give this town a Modern Rock station like 101X in austin finally. Or a modern ac like MIX 96.5 in Houston. Magic plays too much older music for my taste.

last time i listened (few months ago) 101x leaned more towards alternative and indie rock...is it still the same? I would love for SA to have an alt station
