Does anyone know if the Thai House on Rittiman is permanently closed. I have been by there a few times in the evening and the closed sign is up. I can't tell if it is just a new schedule (with no dinner hours) or if it is a closed forever thing. I am seriously craving their Thai Tea.

Default Thai

I passed by there last night and the closed sign was up. Not sure ... maybe it is just open for lunch? Does anyone else know?

Didn't they have some sort of fire there not too long ago? I might be confusing the Thai House with some other location but if not then I assume they may be closed for repairs.

Default Thai re-opening

I sure hope you are correct about it re-opening. We have been by several times in the last 2 months since the fire and there was no indication that it was going to re-open. The phone line is still good but no one ever answers.

I hope they are not permanently closed. Best thai place in San Antonio. 10 times better than Tongue Tied or Mon's. It's cheap, great food and the people are very nice. A perfect hole-in-the-wall kind of place.

I saw sign a while back that they had a family emergency, then another posted sign said it was closed due to a kitchen fire. I assume it was related. Hope everyone is fine and they working on getting up and running soon.
