Are you referring to the maids' shack out back? 'cause that's about the only thing I know you can buy in Stone Oak for that price.

I don't see why because it's just an upper middle class community. So I'm assuming about half of the homeowners there would be considered "trash"? I hope not!

I was about to purchase in Stone Oak, but I wasn't impressed at all! It's a decent area with good schools, but it ain't all that!!

Indeed there are, but, in my opinion, it just doesnt get any better than Stone in the SA area.
