The building at Richland Hills and Ingram Rd. is supposed to house a telephone marketing agency (name unknown) the likes of West, Sears and INFONXX. This one is NOT the Fred Loya bldg.

hey paka --- i don't live on this side of town, nor do i frequent it at all, so i've never seen the fred loya bldg --- i don't have a clue what these doors look like, but could they be used for an area that does vehicle appraisals??? --- i am just taking a guess here --- if the doors are off the ground then i am sure i am wrong, but if they are just large doors on ground level it could very well be on on-site appraisal center for their insureds...

Default Loya Insurance

If your description is the one I'm thinking of it's a Loya Insurance building. The front of the building doesn't face Potranco, but you can see it if you are driving up Potranco from Culebra Road.

I wondered what it was too and then passed by and had to have a look. Loya Insurance is originally out of El Paso, where his name is on practically everything (i.e. Fred Loya YMCA, etc.).
