In need of Lawyer and child pyschologist
Long story short....
Me and ex shared 7 yr old (1 week/ 1 week) for the past 5 years, the only right he had more than me was the right to designate primary residence even though my son used my address for school. My son has MAJOR medical problems. So far he has had 4 open heart surgeries among many other things. I am the one to take him to ALL of his appts and stay with him in hospital. I am the one to go to all of his school events.
Last summer I took him back to court for me to get primary custody and had my sons teacher there (on my behalf) and proved, by emails, that he didn't go to his medical appts. Well, somehow he got custody!!! I only get my son every Thursday and every other weekend.
I requested a retrial and REALLY need a better lawyer, one that will FIGHT for me! So far, since he got custody he puts the wrong info on his medical background, does not give him his asthma meds (he doesn't believe that he has it even though his cardiologist said he does), puts his wife on my sons school and medical forms as my sons mother!! She took him and got him live vaccines that he isn't supposed to get cause it could kill him, they don't tell me about doctors appts, the list goes on and on...
As far as needing a pyschologist...
My son tells me things that happen over there like him getting hot sauce and skoal (tobacco) in his mouth when he gets in trouble! His 2 step siblings (both younger than him) having a bike but he can't have one. He mentioned to his dad we were going to skating lessons and his dad said he doesn't need to cause he will bust his face. He told him we are putting him in soccer and dad told him he couldn't cause his feeding tube would come out. Him and his wife are ALWAYS telling him not to tell mommy things that they do like taking him to the doctor...
