I find it funny people are excited for another chain type place. Doesn't anyone want a local, fun classy place around them, that they don't have to drive downtown to enjoy?

I went to mentor a kid today that was 16 and 240 lbs. He told me his mother stopped buying him fast food, but she gets him Chili's and Red Robin on the weekends? I was like, son, don't you know that crap is just as bad. Cheddars is the same type place.

BTW, My point being that the good people on SA should expect better and boycot these places until classy, healthy, locally owned independant places show up.

Sapphire, at least the Bistro is much better than these mass marketed chains. It is too bad there are not more places like that on the west side of SA.

I'm inclined to agree with you, but you know what? I don't really give a rat's patootie where anyone else eats.

You know. Let them eat Cheddars.
