I get between 18 to 22% bonus of my yearly salary each month.. I am not complaining.. depends on how good the place does

No bonuses for me...ever. Sucks!

In fact, we just found out that the average raise this year will be 2.5%. Even worse, I got a 1% buyout raise in August when I transferred, so my raise is going to SUCK!

That being said, I was just approved for a personal loan from my credit union, so after next week, I will be less than 1K away from being totally credit card debt free. Woohooo

Now that's BANK (well, depending on what your salary is)!!! Wish I could offer something this good to my people.

Example 100k * 18% = 18K minimum extra every month...I think it would go over well.

100K expands to 296K over a year.

BTW, what the heck is USAA? There was not one mention in the article or on this thread about what it stands for.
