Frost and USAA are very stable banks. Neither took bailout funds and both are enjoying healthy growth.

the bank may be stable, but stable is definitely not the word to describe any job at usaa.

still lots of job opportunities in the san antonio area. we moved here from east texas where the job market is tight and competition is fierce. the pay is kinda low if you don't have skills or education though. i have an associates degree and found a decent position with a law firm making 39k, but my husband only has a ged so he had to settle for 9.50 an hour.

you mean a 3.5% bonus plus 10% that was already factored as part of your salary since they don't pay well. you do realize that usaa doesn't pay well, right?
