The green plan is a wonderful idea for the future. Especially if the city can get the venture capital to start rolling into town. I wonder where the ideas for green businesses will emanate from though. Who will create the businesses that will begin the green revolution here? Will they come from out of state or will they originate locally say from UTSA?
