Does anyone know where to take it to get a dimple removed????
Thanks for the help! I'll go to whoever is best, but would be GREAT if it was on the NW side of town too...

Any body shop should be able to take care of it easily - try Caliber Collision or Alamo Body and Paint...(no experience here, just first two that came to mind after my rock'n'roll accident...)

its is the first ding - there will probably be more. maybe it is your car's right of passage?
all cars eventually get those dings.
do let us know the quote you get though.

Wanted to issue my condolences. My car is one month old, and I fearfully await the day I get my first, too...

it's not the dings I don't like, it's the people that just sit there in their cars acting like you didn't notice they dented your door...

Paka
Allow me to add my condolences, I went through this last weekend with the chipped windshield on my three-month-old car! Luckily, it was fixed and is hardly noticeable; but it seems an impossible task to keep a new car nice in San Antonio! I had a chip in the hood before it was two months old...
Cheers! M2

I was guessing Southwest Airlines Ding.
Anyway, back to the topic... I once took a fender scratch around to about 8 different body shops in town. The estimator at Red McCombs Body Shop on the NW side was the only one to tell me that I could easily fix it myself with rubbing compound. He was right and it was way cheaper than any of the estimates. Next time I need body work, that's where I'll be going.
