Default ATT & Other

Nothing announced, but ATT plan is proposed for River North area adjacent to their McCulloug bldgs. Good for them for staying downtown and leaving the Hill Country alone.

Other CBD projects, 66 unit St. Benedict's condo conversion on S. Alamo in King William, 60+ Steelhosue Lofts on S. Flores, Judson Candy lofts on S Fores, 400+ apts between S. Flores and Probandt, another 245 units at Victoria Commons on Durango in the Lavaca area.
