Thanks for the update. I do recall now that the 60% was to begin tower 1 construction. I wouldn't expect the sales office to give me accurate information (i.e., anything that might make them look bad), so that's why I come here for info

Interesting. And I'm curious ~ who else would have sales figures other than the sales office, developer, or the title company? (I'm actually asking, not being sarcastic. Where's the smilie for "I'm clueless, need help"? ) Can't imagine that the developer would release info that the sales office wouldn't and certainly the title company wouldn't let it leak.....

did they finish all the floors of the hyatt grand? and do any of yall know exactly what aloft is? is it just a hotel or residences too? And ... lol, i think i read on either this forum or another a while back that we are getting a w hotel downtown is that true?

The roof of the Hyatt is topped out, and it appears all the structure for the penthouse is completed as well

does anyone know if san antonio is going to get a w hotel downtown i think i read it somewhere but im not to sure, also i saw the rendering for the w in austin and it seems like its going to be a really nice/ tall project.

i've also heard rumors of a W Hotel moving to San Antonio...Austin and Dallas have projects in the works...hopefully another major hotel moves to the Alamo City would give a nice boast to the skyline.

on emporis it says that there is something proposed at 319 east houston street and that its gunna be 27 floors does anyone know what it could be?
