Some of the folks over at skyscraperpage.com are talking about a possible new AT&T building going up. It sounds like it's just rumors and hearsay at this point, but has anyone else heard anything at all about this?

here's the link if anyone's interested; the "discussion" takes place towards the bottom of the page:

Moderator cut: url

Also, what's the latest on Viadorra and Vistanna, and where exactly is the latter going to be located? SA's skyline looks like it's filling up, slowly but surely!

Default Sure

The Vistana will be located caddy-corner to the Market Square and directly across the street from Milam Park. Vidorra is off of Center street which is one street south of Commerce by St Paul Square. 215 Center actually, which will have great views according to its website.

Vistana has work going on constantly....While vidorra's site has looked pretty much the same for a month or so now..and I was pretty sure i heard from someone there was supposed to be a tower crane going up in march...So they are either behind schedule or possibly some bigger changes going on..who knows.

I don't know if AT&T could build up at it's Houston St. location. I'm pretty sure they lease the space from IBC. I doubt they would incur the cost for a building they don't own.

I think that would be great. Their current Houston St. location, as well as the two buildings off McCullough are great office spots. Maybe freeing up some of those locations would provide some move-ready office space for someone eyeing San Antonio?
