It has been for sale since before all this happened (I think). However, it's price is now half of what it was initially, or at least what I initially saw. I was thinking $12 million seemed like a good deal just for the amount of land you would get out of it.

Verizon is closing because the shows are all at the AT&T center. It's not like we're losing the shows. They're just at a bigger arena.

Personally, I preferred the amphitheatre. Sounded a ton better.

But it is sad that a town of two million can't support two venues. At one time we could. If the economy was stronger - two venues would most likely work.
