"This TV" is great and hopefully SA will have it soon. It's up here in Chicago and I love it...lots of great old movies.

If you go to .2 Network's website, you will see KSAT listed as one of their affiliates. Since KSAT already assigned their .2 sub-channel to LATV, their .2 Network programming (named for the presumed sub-channel assignment of .2) will be on their .3 sub-channel.
Sometime within the last few days, KSAT stopped broadcasting a signal on their digital channel 12.3. .2 Network, a new digital sub-channel network which has KSAT listed as an affiliate, was to have started broadcast operations last December, shortly after KSAT began broadcasting a signal on 12.3. But .2's launch got pushed back to Spring '09, and now it appears likely to be delayed until maybe October '09. Some observers are questioning whether .2 Network is going to become a reality at all.

With this latest delay, it looks like KSAT decided to go ahead and pull the plug on 12.3, at least for the time being.

The remote on my TV has a decimal point for this purpose.

The only digital channel on Time Warner that I can always remember is KABB Fox 29... it's 111.111.

Yes, and in addition to Austin and El Paso in Texas, it looks like you can add Houston, Dallas, Corpus, Beaumont, Tyler, and the Rio Grande Valley to the list.

I, too, would like to see a San Antonio station jump on the Retro TV bandwagon.

Looks like it could be something worth watching. I find that most non well funded channels are not worth watching ever but this one looks like it could have some potential. Hopefully it comes to SA.

KENS 5 finally revealed what it will be carrying on its digital subchannel after the analog signal goes away next month. This means that 3 of the 4 major network affiliates will be carrying Spanish-language networks on their digital subchannels, with Fox 29 still yet to announce what it will carry.

By my count, after the digital transition, that would give the San Antonio market seven commercial Spanish-language channels, and seven English-language commercial channels. I think there are also a couple of low-power Spanish channels that may remain analog.

Looks like "This TV" programming is now being broadcast on KCWX's digital sub-channel 2.2.

Now, if we could just get RTV Network (Retro TV) in San Antonio...
