Default Todays $/sq ft value in Burning Tree/Meadow Wood Subdivision

Re Burning Tree/Burning Wood/Meadow Wood subdivision (close to Jones Maltsberger/Thousand Oaks). I've read a ton of info from folks in real estate biz, banking, etc. There are different opinions on today real estate market in SA. If you were making an offer on house in that area, what would YOU pay per sq ft? Am seeking advice.

get your realtor to show you comps, figure out what your budget is and go from there. to try to get your answer here doesn't make sense. it won't do you any good.
