Anyone know what is going to in at the large area NORTH of Culebra along 1604? Lots of and lots of dirt getting pushed around there!

Default Anyone know what they are building? 1604 between Culebra and Shanefield?

They are clearing out huge areas of land inside the loop. Any ideas?
