Default River North?

I was reading on another site about the Vistana project and it sounds pretty impressive. But somebody brought up an area called River North. What is that all about?

Isn't this the proposed project to improve the San Antonio River north of the downtown Riverwalk? Was this project ever approved?

River North has nothing to do with the river expansion, however, both the expansion and River North will transform downtown SA big time.

River North is a TIRZ district of about 150 acres of northeast downtown.
