Hopefully this 19yr will get her a 20year for a Class B Misdemeanor, cause something tells me this isn't her first rodeo. Also if it goes to court and doesn't get pled out, then a good prosecuter can add premeditated to it since they scoped the Brownies out. If they have a special crime for theft from the elderly, then I believe it should also stand for the youth as well.

I heard that the girl scout troop has received $800 in donations from concerned citizens. That's quite a profit from the $250 that was stolen. I hope it goes to good use.
