Temper, temper. Everything at the flea market isn't stolen but you have to saavy enough to know what is...you still have a right to see the license and ask questions or be like you and just buy it without regard to the consequences..

Other than retailers whose merchandise is stolen then resold at flea markets and obiviously some folks on this forum who cares that its stolen, not the people who shop at flea markets.
If I have the $12.00 plus tax to buy razors at HEB then I buy them there if I dont then I go to Flea World and buy them for $5.00. I've also received a speeding ticket, am I a criminal?

No, but they're the ones SAPD put out of action. If you get a speeding ticket the law infers that you performed a criminal action....everything else is open to interpretation.

No need for the condescending attitude.
I don't buy anything other than the items I listed in another post...roasted corn and trinkets you wouldn't find in stores. Wow, maybe I should ask for licenses for those items. The corn might have been stolen from Macy's.

Nope, it was probably stolen from the corn fields in Castroville.
No wonder I'm paying $8.00 for a 50 lb sack of corn.

OK, if that is what dube is saying then I am sticking with my "sweeping generalizations" comment.
And you're right, not every flea market vendor is a thief and not every shopper is committing a crime. Did someone say they were?

According to National Retail Federation retail shrink (loss's) amounts to in excess of $120- Billion! By the way razors are some of the most stolen, the real problem is Sudfed type of products, they are the key ingredient in Meth.
The diff from the $12 RAZOR and the $5 it is 1. legal and 2. your choice to shop at another store, BTW the average margin at a grocery store is between 1.0-2.0%! Razor thin (lol)
I would ask all to your to go to NRF.ORG and read about ORC-organized Retail Crime, this is where this comes from. I wont go on and on but as 60 minutes said "the unknown crime" sad but very interesting stuff. The FBI had to start an ORC group it is so bad...
If you would like more let me know, but lay off the retailers, they are losing billions and they ARE passing that loss onto us. They are a FOR Profit company!
I know alot about this, I worked for the NRF in washington before moving to SA

You don't even have to go as far as Castroville. There's a cornfield off of Somerset Road and I-35.
