Birthday Party Characters
I am looking for someone who specializes in birthday characters for parties, specifically "Dora the Explorer." If anyone has any recommendations for companies or individuals they have used before, please DM me.
I have gone thru some resources like Our Kids magazine, but so far no luck. I did speak with someone who does the character, but his customer service was sorely lacking, very rude and abrupt, like I was bothering him about a service he advertised for.
Anyways thanks in advance for any suggestions!

You should hire Chief McManus, he's the biggest cartoon character we have in this city.

contact a local community college or university. you may find some good actors in theatre arts who do this on their free time. or contact magic time machine, i am sure they could refer you to the right people.
